　　半导体表面制备与处理设备供应商SPEC近日宣布公司的Suffix电镀系统将被一家领先的DRAM和NAND闪存制造商用于钯淀积工艺。Suffix系统将在SEMICON China中在4722号展位由WESI Technology展出。
